The first quarter of 2022 begins with stabilized occupancy and an increase in rental values, observing 97.5% occupancy, which represents a decrease of 0.9% compared to the previous quarter. On the contrary, an increase in average fees of 2.6% is observed compared to the fourth quarter of 2021, while the rental value reflected an increase of 3.5% compared to the previous quarter with a value of 11.53 Average UF for each residential rental unit. This quarter saw the entry into operations of eight new multifamily buildings, bringing the universe of apartments intended for residential rental to a total of 22,829 units distributed in 101 buildings located in 15 communes of Greater Santiago.
