The third quarter of 2022 continues with stabilized occupancy, observing 96.7% occupancy, which represents a decrease of 1.0% compared to the previous quarter. Additionally, a decrease in average fees of 1.8% is observed compared to the second quarter of 2022, while the rental value reflected a decrease of 1.8% compared to the previous quarter with an average value of 11.54 UF for each residential rental unit. This quarter saw the entry into operations of ten new multifamily buildings, bringing the universe of apartments intended for residential rental to a total of 26,455 units distributed in 117 buildings located in 15 communes of Greater Santiago.
