The universe of apartments intended for residential rental reaches a total of 30,531 units distributed in 135 buildings located in 16 communes of Greater Santiago. The highest concentration of multifamily units remains in the commune of Santiago, with 29.3% of the units. Meanwhile, the commune of Estación Central is positioned second in number of units with 11.8% and San Miguel in third place with 11.4% of the total stock.
