Multifamily Report No. 35

The third quarter of 2023 sees an increase in regular occupancy and a slight decrease in the average rental value. The occupancy rate reached 94.2%, which represents an increase of 0.8% compared to the previous quarter.

This quarter saw the entry into operations of nine Multifamily buildings, bringing the universe of apartments intended for residential rental to a total of 33,931 units distributed in 147 buildings located in 17 communes of Greater Santiago.
