New Protocol for Surveillance of Psychosocial Risks at Work that, since January 2023, replaces the ISTAS-21 questionnaire.
On November 18, the Superintendency of Social Security published Circular No. 3709 on the Protocol for Surveillance of Psychosocial Risks at Work, which considers, as a main element, the replacement of the SUSESO-ISTAS 21 instrument with the new Work Environment Evaluation Questionnaire – Mental Health / SUSESO (CEAL-SM SUSESO).
As a consequence, as of January 1, 2023, the SUSESO-ISTAS-21 instrument is replaced by the new CEAL – SM SUSESO questionnaire (Work Environment Evaluation Questionnaire – Mental Health).
