Arturo Reyes

He has 14 years of experience in consulting and organizational psychology, acting as a consultant at Fundación Chile, Virtus Partners and Moddos. Specialized in diagnosis and organizational design, implementing human capital management systems in different types of industries in the public and private sector both in Chile and abroad.

He has led sector-wide projects such as the development of the Professional Technical Qualifications Framework for the Construction sector and the Agricultural and Livestock sector.

In addition, he has been a teacher at the Santo Tomás University, teaching an Organizational Diagnosis course, in the Psychology major.
