Executive Summary
He has vast experience implementing, auditing and advising on matters of Operational Risk, IT Services, Information Security and Organizational Resilience in different local and international industries. He participated as President of the Business Continuity Committee of the Association of Banks and Financial Institutions (ABIF) for four years. He served as Senior Manager at the international firm KPMG, leading the consulting and auditing of Management Systems in different companies. He also held executive positions in the financial industry, related to areas of Information Security, Business Continuity and Operational Risk, at Banco Itaú and Citibank. Currently, he is a postgraduate academic at the University of Santiago de Chile (USACH).
