With 13 years of professional experience dedicated to providing legal advice in corporate, real estate, banking and labor law.
He has been in charge of the planning and legal implementation of important mergers and acquisitions, analysis and takeover of companies, corporate reorganization of business groups, drafting and review of contracts and legal reports, study of titles of ownership, preparation of legal-labor audits, as well as the provision of ongoing legal secretarial services for national and international groups.
Among the areas in which he has developed his professional skills are mining, banking, real estate and construction, services, education, telecommunications, industry and commerce, among others.
He is currently in charge of BDO's internal legal department and the corporate legal area of our firm.
