More than 25 years of experience in key areas such as Administration and Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Compensation, and Internal Control, having worked in various sectors such as retail, education, real estate, entertainment, and outsourcing. He has led the creation of administrative areas, team building, process implementation, and the adoption of technological tools such as ERP, electronic collection systems, and management software.

He currently serves as Director (i) of Accounting and Back Office at BSO, where he is responsible for leading the BSO work team, gathering requirements from new clients, and preparing and closing service proposals.
