Luis Esteban Bonzi H.

Professional with more than 15 years of experience, dedicated to lead and execute executive search processes for important local and international companies. He trained as a Head-hunter at Heidrick & Struggles, continuing his career in other national R&S firms and founding in 2012 the boutique firm Bonzi & Hunters, which joined forces with BDO to form the Hunting & Talent Management area in Chile.

He has conducted more than 400 searches in various functional areas such as General Management, Marketing, Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Technology, Corporate Affairs and Sustainability, Communications, among others.

For the last 6 years he has been working as a University Professor in subjects such as Business Plan, Entrepreneurship, Economics and Human Resources Management.
