We have participated in the development of some of the largest electrical and mining projects in the country, in matters of Water Law, Mining, Environment and Energy, as well as in regulatory and administrative matters.

We participate in projects from their early stages, proposing and analyzing different alternatives for their best development, as well as defining strategies to achieve them. Likewise, we advise and manage the obtaining of necessary permits for them, including environmental licensing (RCA), hydraulic permits, electrical concessions, mining concessions, etc.

We have solid experience in procedures associated with hydraulic works and water rights in general, in mining property and easements, as well as in electrical concessions and easements. Additionally, we advise various types of industries on environmental matters, including the design of evaluation strategies and community relations, as well as environmental evaluation and sanctioning procedures.
