The experience of BDO Chile in supervisions for transfer pricing traced back, including, before the creation of Art 41E of LIR. Currently, we support our clients in supervision processes regarding to transfer pricing, accompanying them in meetings before the Tax Administration, as well as advising them in aspects relating to the process very closely, as it is BDO’s costume.
