Executive Summary


More than 20 years holding Executive positions, as Commercial Manager, Country Manager (GM) and Director of Divisions-Subsidiaries, in corporations and large Technology, Consulting, BPO-Digital Operations and Contact Center-CRM companies. He has led the implementation of projects of Operational and Commercial Efficiency, Digital Transformation, Customer Experience, Business Continuity, Multichannels and Front to Back Office, in Telecommunications, Banking, Industry, Utilities, Consumer, Health and Public Sector.

During the last 7 years he assumed as Director at Everis (an NTT Data Company), leading the new BPO Business Unit in Chile, designing and implementing an Operational Efficiency Model for Latin America, functionally integrating RPA (Robotization), Artificial Intelligence, Continuous Improvement and Business Intelligence tools. Prior to joining Everis, he served as Country Manager and Board Member of Teleperformance Chile for 6 years, participating since its opening in our country, reaching more than 1,300 employees with offshore services from Chile to the USA, Spain and the local market.

He has been President and Director of Acec (Association of Contact Center Companies) for more than 6 years, member of the Global Services Committee (Offshore) of the Ministry of Economy-Corfo, of the Duoc-Catholic University of Chile Committee to promote the use of IT in business areas and Board Member of international companies in Advanced Analytics, AI and BI. He has participated in teaching activities, aimed at graduate students and diploma in Marketing at the University of Chile.

He joins BDO as Executive Director, leading the Digital Business Operations Process/BPO area. In 2023, he assumes the new position of Acting Partner & Head BDO Digital.
