Digital Business Operations Process (DBOP / BPO), operates on our service platform called AIIR (Advanced Intelligence Impact Results) which brings together talents, technology and agile methodologies, integrating the Front and the Back that crosses the 5M (Service Model), Attention, Business, Relationship and Operative Management) with the different areas (Commercial, Operations, Human Resources, Logistics, Finance and IT). The foregoing is materialized through different services, which are provided through our Operation Management model called DIRECT by its initials (Decision, Intelligence, Revenue, Efficiency, Continuity Tracking).
